P4D Digital Transformation Project
As the leading producer of prefabricated buildings in Slovenia, we have launched the large-scale P4D Digital Transformation project. This is an important step that will optimize business and production processes and directly improve the customer experience. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
Shorter Time to Move Into a New Home Thanks to Digitalization

By introducing 3D modeling, automation, digital process management, and paperless operations, we reduce the possibility of errors, achieve greater precision in production, and ensure faster and more transparent communication between departments.

The project, running from July 1, 2025 to February 20, 2026, includes paperless operations, IoT system integration, automation, and the development of our employees’ digital skills.
